Jr Girls Volleyball
2008 Jr. Girls Volleyball 'A' Team
The Jr. Girls are in the middle of a busy season! So far, we have participated in a 7-team tournament at YRHS on Sept. 21/22. We finished second in the round robin and went on to win the gold medal defeating St. Henry's in the final. On Sept. 28/29 we were at SHHS where we were first in the round robin and finished with a silver medal to St. Henry's in the final. We travelled to Kelvington on Oct. 3/4 and ended up in third place losing to Kelvington in the semi-finals.
Conferences will be held on Thursday Oct. 16 at MCS. Top two teams qualify for Districts on Oct. 24/25 in Canora.
